What to expect: Actually spanning 320 acres, this outworldly canyon looks like a hellish or alien landscape due to its distinctive yet particular markings and rock formations. What many people don't realize, however, is that this canyon was used by the local Native Americans as a Buffalo slaughter site. They would surround & herd groups of wild buffalo from the plains above the canyon and drive them to the canyon's cliff where they would all fall 150 feet down to their deaths. Some can still find buffalo bones scattered at the canyon's floor. Hell's Half Acre was also the brackdrop for the planet Klendathu in the movie Starship Troopers.
What to expect: An astounding geologic feature that protrudes out of the rolling prairie surrounding the Black Hills, this site is considered sacred to the Northern Plains Indians and other tribes. Hundreds of parallel cracks make it one of the finest traditional crack climbing areas in North America. Devils Tower entices us to explore and define our place in the natural and cultural world. It is also America's first National Monument!

What to expect: An old-school record store in the heart of Cheyenne, Wyoming. This store was established in 1983, and you will truly feel as though you are right back in time there. If you are in Cheyenne, please go support this dying breed of brick & mortar stores!!!
