CRESCENT HOTEL & SPA |
|
Location: 75 Prospect Avenue map & directions |
Telephone: 855-725-5720 |
What to expect: This beautiful and luxurious Victorian hotel and spa, located just south the the Arkansas-Missouri boarder, has a rich yet very troubling past that now has it rumored to be very haunted, especially when it served as a sanitarium for a fake doctor obsessed with the color purple (click here to read the hotel’s full history). If you stay there, be sure to attend their ghost tour and to visit the shops and restaurants in the nearby Victorian styled town of Eureka Springs.

CREGEEN'S JONESBORO |
IRISH PUB |
|
Location: 201 S Main Street map & directions |
Telephone: 870-972-9200 |
What to expect: "Three Air Force Pilots, J.B., Jason, and Stephen, combined their love of travel and spirit to bring you Cregeen’s Irish Pub. Gaelic for “little rock,” Cregeen's was built in Dublin, Ireland, and shipped to the Argenta district of North Little Rock. This pub features fresh salads and sandwiches, as well as fish & chips and other classics. Serving you with a “proper pint”, we have beers on tap that can be found no where else in Arkansas, as well as an extensive wine and bottled beer list. Entertainment includes weekly live music. Experience "Craic" (pronounced crack), the Gaelic word for communal fun, as you would in Ireland. With Irish cuisine, traditional music and a friendly staff...you won't forget the experience."
Oh...and did we mention that this place is very haunted?!?! |
